    dim lighting

    I almost thought i was staying at a proper hotel until i encountered the horrendous food at the falls restaurant-subpar and stale, really. To top it off, the dim lighting in my suite woudl ve been a romantic touch if i wasn't just trying to see! And really, no complimentary welcome gift? Pathetic.

    Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Stunningly beautiful hotel with AMAZING team from each member of the staff. Walking distance from the bus stop, 15 minutes. Awesome and pleasurable location, terrific double room with excellent view, jacuzzi, for example.

    The hospitality provided by the staff was commendable. They greeted us with genuine warmth and are always available to assist with a smile.

    The limited menu options during the day were disappointing, particularly when we arrived after the buffet had closed and only had basic pizza and sandwiches to choose from.

    Spectacular views, loved beautiful and magnificent setting.

    The hotel was cleanwith unique interior and nestled in a beautiful building. The restaurant was good for every meal, I tried delicious dishes. It had lovely bed and the staff were top-class people from each member of the staff.
